Beatfactory was on a tear yesterday and added over 30 music videos at Beatking. There's a little bit of cheer for everyone. For metal fans we have Van Halen, Metalllica, Godsmack, Def Leppard; for hip-hop fans, he's added Bones Thug, Bobbie Valentino, Crime Mob, Jay Rock, Daddy Yankie and Kanye West; for pop fans, he's added Avril Levigne, My Chemical Romance and the Srtokes...you get the idea, something for everyone. Plus, I've added a Joni Mitchell video with Pat Matheny and a few other gems. Watch Them Here. And over in 70s Forum, soulful Sir Droopy had added a classic Ike and Tina Turner & a Chuck Mangione music video. Name an artist, and you are likely to find something around the boards. Enjoy and have a great weekend from all of us at Beatking.

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
