BOCA RATON, Fla., May 21 (UPI) -- The lead singer for the defunct rock group Creed was arrested in Florida and charged with a domestic violence-related assault charge.

Authorities said no injuries were reported Sunday when sheriff's deputies were called to Scott Stapp's home in Boca Raton, the Palm Beach (Fla.) Post reported Monday.
