animated .gif question

How in the hell do you make an aninmated .gif avatar size without losing the animation? Every time I try, it won't move anymore.

When I resized the girl in your sig it was with a program for extracting the pics from the gif. They're just made up of a series of pictures like a flip-book. You can resize each individually and then reanimate it.

Give me a bit to see if I can find the program again.

Infanview can extract the images. Gif construction set [and its incredibly handy wizard in exchange for minor annoyances for the free version] can put them back together again.
