Man Taken to Court for Persistant Sex Noises

A German man identified as Andreas G. was taken to court by a female neighbor for the constant sex noises she says she had to hear from his apartment. She says some nights she was kept awake all night and on one occasion, the noises lasted 4 hours.

The woman told the court: "Four hours of sex noises. What was I supposed to think? It was nothing but groaning and banging." The neighbor counters that the woman would complain to him at 5pm which he sees as unreasonable.

He said: "I can have as much sex as loud as I want then." The case has been dropped because the judge found out the man no longer lives next door.
