The managers of Avril Lavigne, The Streets and Elbow are amongst those who've signed an online petition organized by Flowerburger Records naming the British music industry for suing fans who use p2p networks.

Hi I am new here.

So hello fellow music lovers.

I just find it incredible that any artist would want to sue their fans.

Especially if their fans loves their music enough to want to listen to them.

We all pay for music all the time when we listen to the radio, TV, shop music etc either via adverts or fees.

I'm going to sign this petitions as this legal action has to stop.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
