Slayer fans will be excited to know that the band are back in the studio recording.

What makes this album doubly exciting is that it will be the first album since 1990’s ‘Seasons In The Abyss’ with all four original members in the band. That’s right, drummer extraordinaire Dave Lombardo is back.

The band are recording in Los Angeles and while there is no word on when the album will be in stores, the band will be hitting the road in the USA from the unholy date of 6.6.06

Knew about this for a while now considering Paul Bostaph, the previous drummer, has been playing in Exodus. I just hope it kicks ass as much as Seasons in the Abyss did. Rick Rubin will also produce.
