it could possibly be both. with the places you can put a videoscreen in a vehicle, it's possible that both occur. for example, in a lincoln navigator, you can put screens in all the headrests (even in the last headrests which are actually just there to show off, b/c nobody in the vehilce can see it), 2 or more flip-down screens on the headliner, and one screen in each of the visors on both the passenger and driver's side. so in this case, it could be for everyone in the vehicle, and if you had the last two headrests with screens, then the people behind you can see what you see as well more clearly than if they weren't in those last two headrests... b/c you can still see all the other screens, esp. at night.

this is amazing to me, that there are laws against talking on cellphones while driving but none about not watching while driving?

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
