John Lennon In Hell

He sang, "Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us"
But that's where he resides
He sang, "Power to the people"
But Jesus is the only power
And John Lennon rejected Him
At the eleventh hour

John Lennon In Hell
He's in the lake of fire
The devil sings his songs
Backed by a Satanic choir
John Lennon In Hell
Waiting there for Yoko
Burning for eternity
With other lost souls

He sang, "Instant karma's gonna get you"
Rejected the forgiveness of Christ
Now there's only weeping
And the gnashing of teeth
He sang, "There ain't no Jesus
Gonna come from the sky"
But there's no peace in hell
And even the walrus died

John Lennon In Hell
He's in the lake of fire
The devil sings his songs
Backed by a Satanic choir
John Lennon In Hell
Waiting there for Yoko
Burning for eternity
With other lost souls

Lennon is separated
From God and man
Forever to suffer
In his promised land

John Lennon In Hell
He's in the lake of fire
The devil sings his songs
Backed by a Satanic choir
John Lennon In Hell
Waiting there for Yoko
Burning for eternity
With other lost souls

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
