I Appreciate Them Now

I didn't appreciate women
When I was young
Just wanted to get drunk
And have some fun
Friday nights found me
Out with the guys
Hitting the back roads
Trying to get high

I Appreciate Them Now
Those sweet young ladies
Those Hooters girls
Drive me crazy
They got that cleavage
And I'm thinking Wow!
I know their worth
I Appreciate Them Now

I took them for granted
The one night stands
I loved 'em and left 'em
Didn't give a damn
The girl friends I had
I made them cry
Living for myself
Living a lie

I Appreciate Them Now
Those sweet young ladies
Those Vegas girls
Drive me crazy
They got those legs
And I'm thinking Wow!
I know their worth
I Appreciate Them Now

It's such a shame
I had to get old
To appreciate
Learn what I know

I Appreciate Them Now
Those sweet young ladies
Those Nashville girls
Drive me crazy
They got that voice
And I'm thinking Wow!
I know their worth
I Appreciate Them Now

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
