Kansas City Chiefs assistant coach and Andy Reid's son, Britt Reid, got into a car accident a few days before the Super Bowl in Kansas City. As we reported late last week, Reid side-swiped two cars on the side of the highway, and one of those cars contained two young children. One of those children was a five-year-old girl named Ariel, who is currently in the hospital with life-threatening injuries, and brain damage. A GoFundMe was created for the little girl, and so far, the family has received $311,000 in donations. Following their loss in the Super Bowl, Andy Reid spoke to the media about the accident and explained how he is extremely sad for the family. He also noted that he can't speak too much about what happened, as there are some legal barriers to be dealt with. "I know I haven't had a chance to address you since the accident happened that my son was involved in," Reid said. "My heart goes out to all those who were involved in the accident, particularly the family with the little girl who's fighting for her life. Just from a human standpoint, man, my heart bleeds for everybody involved in that." Following the accident, Reid was suspected of driving under the influence as he noted that he had a couple of drinks and some Adderall before getting behind the wheel. As it stands, Reid is still being investigated, and there have yet to be any updates on the progress of the investigation. As a Migos return looms, fans think there might be some issues between the two leading ladies supporting Quavo and Offset. Last night was a massive triumph for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they won Super Bowl LV, defeating the Kansas City Chiefs by a score of 31-9. The game was close in the first quarter although, over time, the Buccaneers continued to punish the Chiefs, and in the end, it wasn't a particularly close endeavor. The win secured Tom Brady's seventh Super Bowl title and at this point, you're simply a hater if you won't acknowledge the fact that he is the greatest of all-time. Immediately after the game, players in the Buccaneers locker room were partying it up in epic fashion. Of course, various players made sure to see Brady, where they had him looking extremely content with himself. One of the happiest men in the locker room was none other than Antonio Brown, who joined the team following a suspension from last season. He even scored a touchdown in the game, for good measure. Following the epic celebration, Rob Gronkowski and his girlfriend Camille Kostek hit up a party that featured the likes of Ludacris and Migos. Both Gronk and Kostek were dancing on the stage, and it seemed to be a pretty incredible time for everyone involved. Tom Brady is easily one of the most frustrating quarterbacks in existence if you aren't a fan. In fact, over the years, Brady haters have been scorned at every single juncture. He continues to win Super Bowls and on Sunday, he picked up his seventh championship in what turned out to be a huge blowout over the Kansas City Chiefs. In the first half alone, Brady was able to throw two touchdowns to Rob Gronkowski, who always seems to come up big in these moments. After the game, Brady shared a touching moment with Gronk during a post-game press conference. In the clip below, you can see Brady spot Gronk while being interviewed, which led to Brady shouting out "Robby G, congrats baby." It was a nice moment that both players are going to remember for a long time. Gronk and Brady have now won four Super Bowl titles together which is a truly incredible achievement. Tessica Brown, also known as Gorilla Glue Girl, is stuck in a pretty sticky situation. As she stated in a viral video, she ran out of her usual spray to keep her hair in place after styling it, using Gorilla Glue adhesive spray instead. As she now knows, that was not a smart decision. Her hair has been stuck for weeks and after having washed it fifteen times, she's not anywhere close to being out of this predicament. While her decision to spray Gorilla Glue onto her scalp was unmistakebly dumb, she learned the hard way never to do this again, becoming the advocate for unintentional glue-in-hair problems. Many have been commenting on Tessica's issue, including Chance The Rapper, who expressed his happiness that people were actually trying to help her throughout this, and not just making jokes at her expense. Coming into this season, many fans expected the Los Angeles Lakers to be sluggish as they only had 70 days off in between winning the NBA championship and the start of the 2021 season. Anthony Davis has been particularly slow to begin the year, and it's become obvious that he has been dealing with lingering injuries that piled up during last year's playoff run. In a new report from ESPN report Dave McMenamin, Davis has actually been dealing with a light Achilles injury. While the tendon isn't torn or ruptured, he has felt some tightness in the area. He has also dealt with quad soreness and at this point, AD is expected to miss Monday's Lakers game. Regardless, Davis doesn't believe his lack of offense is anything to worry about. Sean M. Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs struggled last night during Super Bowl LV as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers kept a stranglehold on them the entire game. It was a fairly sad turn of events for the Chiefs who have consistently been one of the best offensive teams in the league. However, the Bucs defense has one of their strongest performances of the entire year, and it was just too much for Mahomes to overcome as his team simply didn't have any gas in the tank. Prior to Tom Brady's epic Super Bowl win on Sunday, comedian Steve Harvey got to host at the NFL Honors event which took place on Saturday. This is the event in which players throughout the league were given various awards for their efforts during the 2020 season, and Harvey made sure to crack as many jokes as possible. Harvey's main target throughout the evening was the New England Patriots, who, of course, gave up on Brady last year which allowed him to go to Tampa Bay. “I actually loved some of the things they changed (this season),” Harvey said. “First of all, I love that the Patriots missed the playoffs for the first time in 13 years. Patriot fans, they don’t even know what to do with themselves, ’cause they ain’t never had free time in January. Super Bowl LV in Tampa was a stunner. No one would have expected the Chiefs to be held without a touchdown for the entire game, but Tampa's defense delivered their city a ring. Yes, Tom Brady played like a GOAT, however, it's really Tampa's defense that deserves the utmost credit. As the game was winding down, with less than 6 minutes left, one excited fan couldn't help but jump on the field while the players were preparing to hike the ball. The Super Bowl was not the game we were all expecting, however it was fun to watch. Tom Brady has secured his seventh Super Bowl victory in Tampa as the Buccaneers destroyed the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9. Tampa Bay's defense absolutely ran the show on Sunday, stopping Patrick Mahomes from scoring one touchdown and giving the young star his first every double-digit loss since joining the league. Meanwhile, Tom Brady threw 3 touchdowns, two to former Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, and one to polarizing star Antonio Brown. Both Brown and Gronk were hand-selected by Brady to join the Buccaneers, and his trust and friendship with those two paid off when it came time to score. Brady was named Super Bowl LV MVP, meanwhile, Mahomes ended the game with 2 interceptions and went 26/49 for 270 yards. The Bucs are the first team ever to both play and win the Super Bowl in their home stadium. The Weeknd was tasked with Halftime Show duties, and his performance was met with high praise. The Canadian crooner opted to perform solo, with no guest. He focused on music and performance, laying it all out on talent and choreography rather than purely spectacle. Tampa's defense also deserves some love, as they were able to keep Patrick Mahomes out of the endzone for the entire game. Lil Baby is out in Tampa, ready to turn up for the Super Bowl parties. Yelawolf has grabbed Caskey for his new single, entitled "Been A Problem." The track features a hard-knocking instrumental that using trap percussions to really hammer the energy home. The track is accompanied by a music video as well. In the video, Yelawolf and Caskey dawn 80s outfits while they mob around a suburban home. The video tries to capture this suburban vibe with a dirty twist, but both rappers just seem really out of place in these visuals. However, the single does knock. "Been A Problem" is filled with dope bars and flows, but Caskey really steals the show on this one. The Weeknd's Halftime performance during Super Bowl LV was highly anticipated. We all expected greatness from Abel, and we were not disappointed. The Canadian crooner took advantage of every trick he had, including light shows, fireworks, several dancing "clones," a futuristic choir, and much more. The finale, especially, is being heralded as one of the best performances in Super Bowl Halftime show history. Even Drake had to shout out Abel. One scene saw The Weeknd in a golden hallway surrounded by his "clones," rocking similar outfits and face bandages. Many fans were relieved to see that The Weeknd's face was normal, after he momentarily shocked the world with this faux plastic surgery joke. We all expect to see different exciting commercials during the Super Bowl, whether it be a new Marvel drop or a cool Doritos skit. State Farm has really been going all out with their Jake from State Farm thing, and they take it a step further with their latest bit. In the new commercial, Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, and Jake from State Farm opine about their new stand-ins. The three complain about how they don't look like their stand-ins, with actor Paul Rudd standing in for Patrick Mahomes.
