For our 1st winter time party, we welcome back to Get Diverted 20:20 head honcho and Basics founder Ralph Lawson after his appearance at Get Diverted in 2011. Alongside Ralph we have Notting Hill legends Sancho Panza, with founders Matt Brown & Jimmy K-Tel waming things up.

Ralph has been on the forefront of the underground electronic scene in the UK for over 20 years. He was the first person to ever play a record at the seminal Leeds party Back to Basics and remains as relevant and forward thinking to this very day. His 2020 Vision imprint is one of the best house labels around. Ralph has both created and signed to the label a vibrant trail of releases, making it one of the best-loved and most respected imprints the industry has ever seen. The city of Leeds is often hailed as one of the most thriving and creative cities for underground music and it was Ralph, both through his sets at Back to Basics and through 2020 Vision that have played a huge part in creating the scene in the city.

Supporting Ralph are legendary London party throwers Sancho Panza. From churches to canals, warehouses to boats, Sancho Panza know how to throw a shape, throw a party and how to make special spaces turn magical. Reknowned above all for their annual shindig for 10000+ people on Middle Row on the August Bank Holiday, this year marked 20 years at London's largest street fest.

Support across the venue comes from residents Rob Alldritt, Samantha Blackburn and Russell Wayne, with Le Piscine hosted the Boudoir and Detached the Gold Room.

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs announced as headline act for NYE

Synth pop supremo, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, headlines the LWE New Year’s Eve party, alongside Breach, Bondax and a concoction of some of the UK’s best talent across the house, bass and garage spectrum.

The combination of TEED’s unrivalled sense of flow whilst he DJs and the body kinetic dancefloor that Building Six possesses, is sure to help even those with two left feet get their groove on! Having made his name with tracks like Garden and Trouble, TEED’s rise has been meteoric over the last few years with rocking out festival mainstages becoming a standard feature of his summers. As he continues on his ascent to dizzy heights, he remains one of the most ear pleasing producers when in your headphones and one of the most charismatic performances behind the decks.

Alongside TEED we have Breach and Bondax - the main room also flaunts some of the scenes most original and forward moving producers in the shape of T Williams and special guests Gorgon City. Add to that Food Music’s Kry Wolf, Youtube trend setters Eton Messy, and the fresh talent of Javeon and you know you have some real fire in there!

Bass music tastemakers Urban Nerd’s will host the second room with Breakage, Dismantle, Marcus Nasty, Rattus Rattus, Cutline and the classic pairing of Sticky and Scott Garcia as Foundation. Plus we’ve also got a mix competition to pick one lucky budding DJ to get a slot on the night with our good friends at Mixcloud!

Advanced tickets: £25 - £45 + bf from:

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
