During his lengthy Q&A session with fans on Twitter Monday (July 8), Jay-Z was asked about "Dead Presidents 3," a snippet of which was originally leaked back in 2007 when he was working on American Gangster. "Dead Presidents" was originally released in '96 and "Dead Presidents II" appeared on Hov's debut Reasonable Doubt. "Just [Blaze] or [Young] Guru has it I give them Twitter permission to GO," he wrote.
