Baby KimYe might finally have a name. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have reportedly decided to name their daughter "North," making her full name "North West."

US Weekly adds that the baby's nickname is 'Nori."

Twitter took off when fans heard the new. North West quickly became a trending topic and many poked fun at the directional name. "North West tho? What will the siblings be called? South West, East West and West West?," asked one fan. Another said flatly, "I refuse to believe that Kim and Kanye have called their child 'North West.'" One took the name literally. "make fun of the name all you like, 'North West', but Kim and Kanye's baby is going straight to the top.. and slightly to the left."

Name speculations have followed little baby KimYe since before she was born. Earlier this year, we reported that North West could be baby KimYe's name. Earlier this week, rumors abounded that the baby was named Kaidence Donda West as an homage to Kanye's late mother Donda and keeping with the Kardashian "K" name tradition.

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
