Pusha T thrilled rap fans when he dropped his lyrically brash "Numbers on the Boards" and for the track’s video the Clipse MC takes his unapologetic rap fest a level higher with a gritty visual and cameos by Kanye West and Chief Keef.

The video, which was released Thursday (May 9) on Complex.com is set in Paris, but instead of delivering an artsy vibe Pusha gives fans a raw look into his lyricism. "I’m so bossy bitch get off me," he spits, while displaying a menacing snarl.

In fact it’s Push’s performance which stands out most. Every line that he spits is kicked with extra emphasis. So when the G.O.O.D. Music golden child baits his rap competition it is with more than just his words. "It’s only one God, and it’s only one crown/ So it’s only one king who can stand on this mound," he raps holding one finger up, with a crazed look in his eyes.

While "Numbers on the Boards" isn’t the big single meant to set off Pusha’s long-awaited solo debut My Name is My Name it is a potent warm-up. Even G.O.O.D. CEO Kanye West and Chicago newcomer Chief Keef get in on the action, with brief cameos towards the end.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
