MARY-KATE and Ashley Olsen have signed up to promote McDonalds Happy Meals in France just months after Mary-Kate sought treatment for an eating disorder.

The 18-year-old actresses are promoting the meals in 1,035 McDonald's outlets in the country.

The Olsen marketing blitz began on September 8, a spokeswoman for the French division of the fast-food giant said, while refusing to be quoted by name.

The news comes as concerns continue over the health of Mary-Kate, who was released from an eating disorder treatment facility in July.

The girls are freshmen at New York University. They recently made appearances at New York Fashion Week and the MTV Video Music Awards in Miami.

The meals come either with a photo album, a denim bag or a crayon box, the spokeswoman for McDonald's said.

What sort of nasty site did she come from?

I bet you wanna know so as to be sure to avoid that site, huh?

She looks finer than frog hair to me. A little over dressed for the job but I generally get stuck with skankier ones so she is a keeper 4sure.

Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
