Up-and-coming producer, singer and songwriter, I/O, is back after the release of his critically acclaimed mixtape, Isolation, with the highly anticipated visuals for “Wasted My Time." Like his music, his latest video project proves to be original, progressive and thought-provoking--unlike anything in its genre.

The visuals for “Wasted My Time” provide a very trippy yet mesmerizing experience for its viewers. Directed and produced by Alex Lee & Kyle Wightman (the praised BRTHR Film team) the video for the mixtape’s stand out track chronicles I/O’s understanding of the concept of time. The Harlem-bred singer’s newest release includes graphic images and animations that fully demonstrate why time is an illusion. It’s surreal, it’s relatable and most of all it’s forward-thinking.

Be sure to check out the latest project by the electro-R&B crooner here. If you like what you hear and see, check out Isolation, which was released last year.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
