If there was any doubt that Ray J wrote his new single "I Hit it First" with Kim Kardashian in mind, then the audio makes that 100 percent clear.

As promised, the track debuted via <em>TMZ and finds Ray J spitting lines like "She might move on to rappers and ball players/But we all know I hit it first" which clearly points to Kanye West and Reggie Bush, and then this one, which literally spells Ye's name out: "I hit it north with her ass going south, but now baby chose to go west."

What we can't understand is what point Ray J is actually trying to make with this track. The sex tape made it pretty clear what went down between the two. Boredom, perhaps? Even the single's artwork is an imitation of Kanye West's cover art for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, which means that Ray J really put some thought into this whole fiasco.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
