Busta Rhymes may be known for his spit-fire rapping, but his mouth may have gotten him in trouble in Miami. According to the Miami New Times, Busta allegedly had a freak out at a local burger joint and called the employees homophobic slurs including the "F" word.

Stephanie Vitori, owner of Cheeseburger Baby, tells the New Times she's never experienced anything as bad as Busta's rant early this morning. According to her, the rapper came to the restaurant around 6 a.m. and demanded to cut the line and get his food before other patrons. When the restaurant refused, he reportedly called a delivery employee a "f--" and the owner a "bitch," and said he'd "come get [them]."

"We have had everyone from Jay-Z to Anthony Bourdain eat at Cheeseburger Baby," Vitori shared. "Never have we had a problem with a celebrity. That changed last night." She continued, "I deal with drunk and disorderly people all the time. I have been doing this for 11 years, but never in my life have I felt more disrespected as a business owner or woman."

Busta has faced alleged anger issues in the past, including assault allegations in 2006 by an autograph seeker. The victim claimed that Busta and his bodyguard, Troy Green, beat him with their "hands and fists for no rhyme or reason" after he approached the pair asking for an autograph, according to a Reuters report. The next year, his driver claimed that Busta attacked him.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
