2 Chainz Hops On Fall Out Boy's 'Light Em Up' Remix

Guess we could've seen this one coming. In February, 2 Chainz appeared in the video for Fall Out Boy's comeback single “My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)" and he followed that up by performing with them at the NBA All-Star Game , so it's no surprise then that the Atlanta rapper is now on the official remix of the track, which premiered via OnSmash.

"There wasn't a lot of weirdness getting into it," Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump told MTV News working with Tity Boi. "He totally got us, we totally got him. "I think it helps that we're fans," Joe Trohman added. "When the vibe is right, everybody works together without really having to discuss how to work together."

Fall Out Boy’s latest album Save Rock N Roll drops on  April 16.

Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
