Chris Brown Does 'Everything' For His Fans

Chris Brown is feeling the love of from fans like never before as he gears up to release his sixth studio album, X.  In a recent interview with MTV News, Breezy lit up when the question of his fans came up.

“There’s no other feeling,” said the 23-year-old singer. “I’ve never had that much support and love from a large amount of people in my life." Through his career highs and lows, Brown credits of the continual support of his fans as a fuel for his artistic creativity.

“Everything I do; music, dancing, breathing is for them right now. Everything is to cater to their happiness and their emotions inside” he explained. Now, Brown is looking to return the love with “substance records” like “Autumn Leaves," featuring “Hottest MC’s” reigning champ, Kendrick Lamar off his new LP.

In addition to adding some Cali rap to the old school R&B sound, Brown has also teamed up with famed Philadelphia producer Diplo for tracks such as his newly released single, “Fine China." Members of Team Breezy have already responded positively to the track, giving it over 2 million YouTube views since its release on April 1.

X is set to be released in its entirety in late August or early September.

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
