Artist Scheduled to Perform Four Songs for CBS 'Early Show' Appearance on Wednesday, July 7

NEW YORK, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- 23rd Street Lullaby, the first album of new music from Patti Scialfa since the artist's critically-acclaimed 1993 release, Rumble Doll, has debuted at #5 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart tracking new and developing artists. The album peaked on Amazon.com's "Top Sellers" list at #2, trailed only by Ray Charles. 23rd Street Lullaby's first week's sales have already eclipsed Rumble Doll's best week by nearly six thousand pieces.

Patti Scialfa is scheduled to perform four songs -- "23rd Street Lullaby," "Rose," "You Can't Go Back," and "City Boys" -- on the CBS network's "The Early Show" on Wednesday, July 7 (please check your local listings).

In a media blitz surrounding the release of her album, Patti Scialfa appeared on a variety of television programs including the "Late Show with David Letterman," "Today," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "The View," "CBS News Sunday Morning," and "The Early Show."
