November 6th! The day has finally arrived to choose who our next president will be. As we all know, President Obama has hip-hop royalty Jay-Z and Beyoncé in his corner. Just a day before the election, Queen B took it a step further and published a handwritten letter to President Obama on her website.

In it, she shares her adoration, writing, “You are the reason my daughter and nephew will grow up knowing that they can truly be ANYTHING they want to be," and reaffirming that Barack Obama is indeed an incredible role model for her daughter Blue Ivy and her nephew Juelz.

The mega star wrote a similar message to Michelle Obama back in April expressing her admiration for her ability to juggle three of the most important jobs in the world; a mother, a wife, and the First Lady. Beyoncé also thanked Michelle for everything she does and stated, “I am proud to have my daughter grow up in a world where she has people like you to look up to.”

The power couple have been on the campaign trail since 2008. In September, they hosted a fundraiser event at Jay-Z’s posh 40/40 club and raised $4 million in funds and Bey recently sported a pair of gold hoop "Obama" earrings, sending sales through the roof.

Showing her final act of love and support, the diva, Beyoncé posted images on her website of her filling out her ballot, today (Election Day)!

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
