Sponsorship of Doghouse Records' ROCK-ACTION TOUR Follows Launch of Music Site

My Hotel Year, River City High, Feable Weiner Playing 23 City Tour

LOS ANGELES, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- MySpace.com, a leading web portal built to mobilize people around what they love, today announced its sponsorship of the MySpace/Doghouse Records' "Rock-Action Tour". The rock tour -- featuring My Hotel Year, River City High and Feable Weiner -- will hit 23 cities in 25 days. All three bands are active members of MySpace, using the site to share their music, post tour dates and blogs, and reach out to new fans.

"We're committed to introducing great music to our members," said Chris DeWolfe, co-founder of MySpace, "We're constantly looking for new ways to help people find new music and sponsoring this tour is one more way to for us to support our bands."

"Feable Weiner was one of the first bands I found on MySpace that I really fell in love with," said Tom Anderson, MySpace co-founder and musician. "They suggested this partnership and I was eager to do it. The band has great songs and videos, and I was amazed they weren't all over MTV. I'm excited about being able to let millions of MySpace users know about bands this good, and hope that MySpace can become a big part of breaking new acts."
