Miami rapper Bizzle a.k.a. Robert Labranche was the victim of a shooting at the local Liberty City Car Wash on Monday night (october 15). Bizzle reportedly drove his SUV, with his two kids in tow, to the car wash at 8pm. A few minutes later, the sound of gunshots was heard and a suspect (alleged to be a man wearing all black) was seen fleeing the seen.

The authorities arrived to find the 37-year-old rapper dead.

“He would not let you starve. He would not leave you in the street,” local Rod Parker told NBC Miami. “If you asked him for something, he would try his best to do whatever he can for you – I mean for everybody.”

According to Miami police spokesman Willie Moreno, Bizzle's children did not witness the horrific incident. “Fortunately they didn’t see the incident,” Moreno said. “They were on the other side of the building.” No arrests have been made and the police have not pinpointed a motive for the shooting.

Bizzle was locally known for songs like "Lip Biting Animal."

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
