Does Kanye West hear wedding bells in the near future? No,Ye hasn't popped the question to Kim Kardashian, but RZA revealed to MTV News that the G.O.O.D. Music CEO had marriage on his brain while penning their upcoming single "White Dress."

The track will appear on the soundtrack for RZA's upcoming kung-fu film "The Man With the Iron Fists." While the movie is filled with plenty of blood and guts, West seemingly went for something different with his song. "Kanye went in, he got a song called 'White Dress,' " RZA told MTV News on Saturday before rapping the hook out loud. "I seen you in the club in a tight dress/ But I picture you in church with a white dress."

No telling if Kanye's life will soon imitate his art, but the song sounds pretty damn good if you let the Wu-Tang Clan head tell it. "That's basically talking about some of these girls, you know you maybe want to make a wife out of them, but they gotta get it together," he said.

On top of his message, RZA also was impressed with 'Ye's actual raps on the song as well. He even likened him to Wu-Tang Clan member and "New God Flow" collaborator Ghostface Killah. "Kanye's a dope lyricist, but what he did on this particular song, it ain't 16 bars, he's going like how Ghostface goes," RZA said. "Like, 40 bars, just goin'. He's goin and he's killin' it, yo!"

"The Man With the Iron Fists," starring RZA, Russell Brand and Lucy Liu, is set to hit theaters on November 2, but music lovers will be able to pick up the soundtrack a few weeks earlier on October 23.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
