Not many babies will have the chance to ride in a helicopter before they hit the 1 year mark, but count Blue Ivy as one of them. Blue and her father Jay-Z were spotted arriving at a heliport in New York City on Thursday (August 29), and she was decked out in big blue noise canceling headphones.

We can't say for sure where Jay and Blue were arriving from, but Philadelphia would be a good guess. The Roc Nation CEO is hosting his Budweiser-sponsored Made in America Festival in The City of Brotherly Love from September 1-2 with a diverse lineup that includes Drake, Peal Jam, MMG, Skrillex,  Odd Future, Santigold Passion Pit plus a rumored performance from his wife Beyonce.

An insider told the Huffington Post: "Beyonce will hit the stage in a surprise performance at her hubby's festival next weekend in [Pennsylvania]. The performance is top secret but it will be filmed for Jay's documentary about the event. It's going to be epic." So much for being "top secret."

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
