Robert Pattinson Will Answer Your Twitter Question For MTV First

How often do you get a chance to ask a question of your favorite star? This Thursday, [url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/person/365131/personmain.jhtml"]Robert Pattinson[/url] may answer yours during MTV First.

Pattinson will be introducing a clip from his newest movie "[url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/movie/475953/moviemain.jhtml"]Cosmopolis[/url]" on MTV at 7:49 p.m. ET this Thursday (August 16), and then immediately following, you can head over to MTV.com to watch a 30-minute interview with the "Twilight" heartthrob, as MTV News' Josh Horowitz sits down with him to ask all of your burning questions.

To get your question answered by Pattinson, you'll have to head to Twitter starting today and tweet them using @[url="http://twitter.com/MTVNews"]MTVNews[/url] and the hash-tag [url="https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?source=webclient&text=#AskRob"]#AskRob[/url]. During the interview, Pattinson will answer a select number of your questions, so get them in soon.

It all starts this Thursday at 7:49 p.m. ET on MTV and then continues on MTV.com immediately afterward with a 30-minute interview.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
