After teaming up Nicki Minaj on “Beez in Trap”, 2 Chainz and the head Barb now join forces once again on the “Spent It” rapper’s latest single “I Luv Dem Strippers." The dancer ode is off of 2 Chainz’ August 14 debut album, Based on a T.R.U. Story.

>After wrapping up guest appearances at Drake's OVO fest, we find the two rappers professing their admiration for exotic dancers over the building beat. In the opening verse Chainz spits, “Them broke h--s can't pay attention. Your cutie missing, New Edition. Mr. Telephone Man, there's something wrong with my line. When I call my baby's number, I get a click every time,"  referencing the 1984 New Edition hit “Mr. telephone Man”."

Nicki later chimes in affirming YMCMB’s love for strippers rapping, "Where’s Stunna? Where’s Wayne? That’s red on my wristband, SB, Mack Maine. Tell Tyga, lookin for this bitch called Blac Chyna."

Being that the rappers are currently on tour together, word is that the twosome recently took time to shoot the video for the track while in Atlanta.

This past Sunday night they helped create chaos at Drake’s third annual OVO fest. Dressed in all white, Drizzy was joined by 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, the Weeknd along with surprise guests Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Waka Flocka Flame, French Montana, and Snoop Lion. And let’s not forget who Drizzy introduced as "the most beautiful thing that exists in the entire world"--Nicki Minaj, who assisted Drake in performing "Make Me Proud."

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
