Sleaze Records is a thriving techno label from Glasgow, Scotland. Home to some of the most established and influential techno artists of today, the label has shared success with the likes of Gary Beck, Chris liebing, Tony Rohr, Monoloc, Cari Lekebusch, Par Grindvik, Alex Bau, Sasha Carassi, Audio Injection and Dustin Zahn to name but a few.

Label boss Hans Bouffmyhre has over the years harvested a second to none roster of talent on his label that truly communicates the level of quality his label stands for. Over the past 4 years Sleaze Records have experienced countless releases, remixes and top10 hits on Beatport that have all found their place in the record bags of today’s most prolific in demand DJs and producers, rocking worldwide dance floors of the best clubs and festivals in the industry.

Hard work and dedication has ensured that Sleaze Records is now placed firmly as one of the best techno labels in the UK, if not the world. Hans is also making a big impact as a travelling DJ, with impressive DJ sets at the infamous Berghain in Berlin, the Slam Tent at Scotland's biggest festival T In The Park, Melkweg in Amsterdam and many other clubs & festivals across the globe.

With a constant hunger for more, Sleaze Records also hosts a monthly Sleaze Podcast, Mastering Service & Booking Agency. It surely looks like there will be no stopping Sleaze on its relentless mission to the top!

As the label marks its 4th Birthday, there most certainly cannot be anything more fitting than to celebrate its success with an exclusive first time Label Showcase in the capital of electronic music on August 31st 2012.

Expect extended performances from Monoloc, Par Grindvik, Label boss Hans Bouffmyhre and support from Tilanbiik resident DJ, producer and radio host Nick Bowman who presents the massively successful “The Future Underground Show”.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
