It's probably been a little while since your last Josh Hutcherson fix, but lucky for you, there's "Detention," which comes out today on Blu-ray and DVD. In this clip from the movie, you can get a look at Hutcherson talking about life after graduating, dating, and the slasher movie killer wreaking havoc on the student body, Cinderhella—all normal high school topics—with Shanley Caswell while riding together on a skateboard.

The horror-comedy flick, which premiered at SXSW in 2011 and hit theaters last April, follows a group of high school seniors through their last days of school as they deal with final exams, prom, detention, and the aforementioned serial killer. From the context of the clip (and the trailer), we'd say Hutcherson and Caswell haven't found themselves locked in detention—from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the day of prom, when the killer is probably going to strike—just yet.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
