Talk about showing love for your spouse. With Jay-Z expressing his devotion to Beyonce in a recent Duracell Powermat JV commercial, Bey showed some love of her own by posting a pic inspired by her husband, during her latest Tumblr update.

Wearing a T-shirt from her husband's historic September 11, 2009 show at New York City's Madison Square Garden, Beyonce throws up the Roc in a picture she shared with fans via Tumblr. Mrs. Carter also posted a few other flicks, digging in her crates she fished out some photos of her in a dance studio along with some pics she snapped while in Paris on the Watch the Throne tour with Jay and 'Ye.

She recently penned a mysterious note on her page, writing, "Leave Your Footprint August 19th”, but left no explanation as to what it meant. Could it be a new project she’s working on?

Aside from snapping fun flicks, the Carters have also been planning vacation getaways. The couple recently rented a lavish Hampton estate known as the Sandcastle for the entire month of August. Costing $400,000 for their month-long stay, the 31,000 square foot home includes a recording studio, rock climbing wall, a 60-foot heated pool, and of course a massive play area for little baby Blue Ivy.

You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
