'Columbus Circle' Trailer: Don't Trust Your Neighbors

Are you an agoraphobic heiress to a multi-million dollar fortune? Was your elderly neighbor just brutally murdered and replaced by a seemingly well-to-do couple? Does the husband act like an abusive psychopath?

If that's the case, my questions were oddly specific and you are the main character of the new thriller, "[url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/movie/455974/moviemain.jhtml"]Columbus Circle[/url]." Also, by no means should you open the door.

We have an exclusive trailer from the upcoming movie starring [url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/person/197911/personmain.jhtml"]Selma Blair[/url], [url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/person/201349/personmain.jhtml"]Amy Smart[/url], [url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/person/182608/personmain.jhtml"]Jason Lee[/url] and [url="http://www.mtv.com/movies/person/182967/personmain.jhtml"]Giovanni Ribisi[/url].

If you couldn't follow my line of questioning from earlier, Blair plays an heiress who loses a neighbor in quite a horrific way. Her new neighbors, played by Lee and Smart, snap the apartment up quickly before anyone else can, and one night, the heiress witnesses the couple fighting through her peephole. After she cautiously ventures into the hallway to see if the woman is all right, the two women seek refuge in the heiress' apartment to escape the wrath of the husband.

But all is not as it seems to be. Ribisi plays the detective assigned to the elderly woman's murder, who becomes interested in the heiress' story, after a quick background check on the tenant turns up no social security number.

Can the heiress' new found friend be trusted? Even if all her money makes her a target for potential con artists?

"Columbus Circle" hits Blu-ray, DVD, Digital Download and VOD on March 6.
