The first poster for "The Expendables 2" looks like the result of a Photoshop contest called, "Make a one-sheet for the most ridiculous action movie of all time."

Posed with the challenge of fitting all of Hollywood's past and future action movie kings into a single image, the "Expendables 2" poster, which debuted over at JoBlo, opts for the efficient "just stack 'em all on top of each other" method, with Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Willis, Statham, Norris, Van Damme, Lundgren, and Crews all making the cut.

And that's not even the entire cast.

The action all-star game has been filming in Bulgaria for the past few months and making headlines along the way. A few weeks ago, tragedy struck when a stuntman was killed on set and another was injured. Just this past week, the government fined the production for damage to an endangered bat habitat.

"The Expendables 2" opens in theaters August 17, 2012.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
