When it rains, it pours. Or at least such is the case with "Star Trek 2" rumors.

After months of silence on the upcoming sequel, a whole slew of production details -- including a shooting start date -- hit the web earlier this week. Now comes a juicy new plot rumor from Think McFly Think that the Klingons will play a prominent role in the sequel as a nomadic set of warriors causing trouble for the Federation while fighting off Tribbles. (Yes, Tribbles!) Also, they say there won't be any Khan in this flick. Of course, none of this has been confirmed by J.J. Abrams' camp, so you can either take it or leave it.

Keira Knightley Never Heard Of "Pride And Prejudice And Zombies"
Though Keira Knightley has obviously heard of Jane Austen's classic "Pride and Prejudice" -- she starred in the 2005 Joe Wright adaptation of the novel -- she apparently has missed the boat on "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies." Vulture interviewed the "A Dangerous Method" starlet, who admitted she had never heard of the novel and had no idea they'd be turning it into a movie. When asked if she had ever thought on set that "Pride and Prejudice" could use more undead characters, she laughed and said, "It never occurred to me. That obviously just goes to show that I don't have a good enough imagination."

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
