Ahead of the the launch of this new London techno project we have kept our ears to the ground (pun intended). We are all aware of the amazing work of Chris Liebing as a globlly known dj, producer and boss of the featured label for this exciting event. We have chosen two of CLR's prolific and talented label artists to exclusively showcase their sound...

LONDON TECHNO

Techno in London seems to have fallen short over the last few years. Thankfully there's a few new parties on the scene pushing this beautiful music. Slash Dot Dash recently had Sandwell District at HUB and there's also the big Blueprint relaunch at Cable this Saturday. Slowly but surely London seems to be getting a good techno scene on the go.

Our party is EarToGround. SAT SEPT 4TH. We've stayed away from all the Shoreditch venues down and around brick lane and chosen a new one owned by the guy who co owns Cable. 'Jacks' is situated just around the corner from Cable at London Bridge. Its a long arch with a smaller second room, Like SeONE but on a smaller scale. The venue is set for a big relaunch at the end of the year. Its perfect for this new Techno Project.

We've booked for or first party BRIAN SANHAJI and MONOLOC both from the world famous Techno label CLR. Set to be one hell of a party. Not to be missed!

FUNKTION ONE alongside a full colour Laser as standard. We look forward to seeing you there. Limited 200 tickets at £10. Limited amount on the door. Follow the link below for full line up, tickets and info.....

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
