So you thought it was too late to throw your party in Ibiza this summer? Fear not, as Ibiza’s most innovative club, [b]Eden[/b] is offering three lucky promoters the once in a lifetime opportunity to host a party in their world-famous venue.

Many promoters dream of the chance to hold a one-off event in the party capital of the world – now it really could be your name up in lights!

In association with [b]Mondo Loco, Eden[/b] are giving you the chance to prove that you’re the next big thing – by [b]hosting the Music Box on a Saturday night in July, August or September.[/b]

[b]All you have to do is upload a short video clip of your night, send us the link and write a few words about why you think it should be your party at Eden this summer. [/b]

[b]Terms:[/b] The competition is open to any European promotion as a purely brand-building exercise. There will be an opportunity to brand the room, and Eden will bill your night on promotional material. The night will also be reviewed on the Eden website. Eden are not responsible for any costs involved in the promotion and staging of the event. There will be no cash payment or cash alternative available.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
