All aboard! Get your speedos out and your pirate hats ready as some of London's finest seamen (sorry, we had to do it) get ready for a huge all-nighter. For one night only renowned tech-funk label Lot49 go head to head with 93 Feet East's Superfilth!!! for a boat party set to see the Thames turn into an eclectic rave up of epic proportions!

The all-star lineup features electro rockers EVIL NINE hoisting the main sail and playing the headline set on the Dutch Master, a 350 capacity party boat that just happens to be kitted out with an 8k sound system and boasts three decks, including an open air chill out area.

Lot49 residents MEAT KATIE, DYLAN RHYMES and KID BLUE will be pushing their trademark heavyweight beats, while Superfilth!!! residents ARROW!!! and OLI D.A.B. & ROBIN have perfected the art of blending electro, fidget, bass, bleeps, tweets, claps and bongos at their monthly parties on Brick Lane.

Not content with supplying a boat-party of the highest order, when the Dutch Master moors up at 1am it's just a short cab ride to the after- party at Tabernacle in Old Street which carries on until 6am. There the spinners include THE ROGUE ELEMENT who is just gearing up to unleash his new album 'Lumina', partner in crime TOM REAL, Passion FM's CANINESOUNDS and Lot49 Sheffield residents JONNY TOWNSEND & ADAM CONNAL supplying a more stripped back session to see party goers into the small hours.

Expect no less than a 10 hour monster session of the fattest, bass- heavy electro, breaks, house and techno with an unpretentious, up for it crowd (and a few pirates).

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
