TL;DR: As of Jan. 1, you can pick up a refurbished 2017 iPad and a pair of Beats Flex wireless headphones for just $199.99. That's a savings of 23%.

Whether you’re getting ready for a New Year of travel or a busy school year, the right devices may make all the difference. iPads are lightweight and powerful, but a brand new one can cost quite a lot. That is, unless you opt for refurbished tech like this bundle containing a refurbished 5th-generation iPad and a pair of renewed Beats Flex wireless headphones. Get both of these portable gadgets on sale for a limited time.

Accessorize a new-to-you iPad

This iPad is originally from 2017, but you might not know it from looking at it. The grade “A” refurbished grade means this thing is in near-mint condition, though you might notice some extremely faint cosmetic signs of wear-and-tear.

Under the hood, this refurbished tablet is WiFi-enabled with a battery life that could last up to eight hours and an A9 chip. It may not be able to seamlessly run multiple demanding apps, but students could use it to take notes during class and professionals could stay connected throughout the work day without carrying around a heavy laptop.

The iPad isn’t the only part of this bundle. You also get a pair of renewed 2020 Beats Flex wireless headphones. These comfortable headphones are joined with a flex-form cable and come with four eartip options. The magnetic design helps avoid tangles while the integrated Apple W1 chip may make it easier to connect your headphones to your Apple products.

Refurbished and ready to go

Skip the high price of brand new tech and get something that gets the job done for a much lower price.

For a limited time, get a 5th-generation iPad and Beats Flex wireless headphones on sale for $199.99 (reg. $259.95).

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
