SAVE $50: As of Sept. 22, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is on sale for just $109 at Walmart — that's 31% in savings and its lowest price ever.

Bridging the gap between your phone and laptop with a handy tablet doesn't have to be an expensive endeavor. This Samsung deal gets you a lightweight tablet built for entertainment for just a hair over 100 bucks. Not too shabby.

As of Sept. 22, Samsung's most affordable tablet — the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite — is on sale for $109 at Walmart. That's $50 off its MSRP and its lowest price to date. (Its previous low was $119, which it hit multiple times.)

Since it's a lite model, this tablet is a little more limited than Samsung's top-of-the-line Galaxy Tabs. But that doesn't mean its not capable and reliable. It features a slim, 8.7-inch screen with an 80 percent screen-to-body ratio, stereo sound via Dolby Atmos, and an internal memory of 32GB that's expandable up to 1TB. You'll get plenty of juice for streaming, browsing, or reading with its 5,100 mAh battery as well.

If you're looking for a tablet to replace your laptop or compete with it, look elsewhere. The Tab A7 Lite is better suited for basic tasks like streaming, reading, answering emails on the go, or keeping yourself or your kiddos entertained during travel.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
