TL;DR: Through Sept. 30, you can get the Refurbished iPad Air for just $105.99 instead of $499 — that's a 78% discount.

Most adults in the U.S. tend to spend nearly two hours per day, every day, streaming digital videos. Instead of putting that work on the same device you use for work or relaxation, you may be able to put it on an affordable refurbished iPad. Through September 30, this sale on refurbished tech is your chance to get a portable streaming device like this iPad Air for $105.99 — no coupon code needed.

A portable device just for streaming

Binge-watching a show? Now you don’t have to drain your phone battery or divide your work screen to watch it. Equipped with a 9.7-inch retina display, watch all your favorite iPad-compatible streaming apps in vivid color and clarity. Trying to watch your shows away from an outlet? This iPad’s 10-hour battery life should keep that from being an issue.

Long flights and off-grid camping trips have room for movies when you have 16GB of local file storage. Download movies, music, and more and play them off built-in speakers or connect a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. Camping is also a great chance to test out the eight-megapixel back camera. It’s equipped with a five-element lens, a hybrid IR filter, video stabilization, face detection, and HDR.

It may not have all the bells and whistles of a new one, but this refurbished iPad is a great option for saving on a high-quality device while also benefiting the environment. The only signs that it’s not brand new would potentially be light scuffing on the bevel or case and light scratches or dents on the body.

Grab a new-to-you iPad for a great price

If you want to offload streaming duties from your phone, this refurbished iPad Air has a great screen, is super portable, and through Sept. 30, is on sale for $105.99 (Reg. $499).

Prices subject to change.

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
