Sounds awfully familiar - I wish there were more of it because it sounds like he just took a measure and relooped it. Any guesses out there?

alright thanks man. you think they'll know it?

Yes. Now that I think about it, the undescore sounds like a remix of a Led Zeppelin riff. Let's see what the kind folks at AskMetafilter think...

People are stumped. How about emailing Hoopmixtape, the video director, at Youtube and asking him - I tried, but for some reason my mail there isnt working today

BrotherCaine says: "I thought for a second some of the loops came from the same source as a loop in clubbed to death, but I'm not sure now. I get the nagging feeling I've heard the track as the soundtrack for a parkour video or movie.

I thought it sounded like a sample P Diddy did on one of his songs...don't know the song but just like you Dude...sounds very familiar.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
