The Magnetic Travel Mount for Smartphones & Tablets on a table.

TL;DR: As of August 15, you can get the Magnetic Travel Mount for Smartphones & Tablets for just $39.99 instead of $49.99 — that's a 20% discount.

Traveling may be fun, but it’s not always comfortable. Trying to pass time on a plane by watching a documentary or using an app might leave you with cramped arms from holding your device or a sore back from leaning over the tiny seat table.

The Bracketron Roadtripper could make it easier to use your devices while you’re in a plane, in your car, or in your hotel. This travel mount for smartphones and tablets has multiple configurations to make it easy to use your devices in cramped or unsteady locations, and it’s currently on sale for $39.99.

A travel mount for your phone or tablet

The Bracketron Roadtripper is a tool that could make traveling with your mobile devices a little more comfortable. Those cramped plane tables may not be good for much more than holding your ginger ale, but the locking mechanism could be your key to a comfortable in-flight movie. Just attach your phone or tablet and slip the Bracketron onto the locking mechanism that would normally hold the table in place.

Just as easily, the Roadtripper could become a vent mount for virtually any car, truck, or SUV. Simply adjust the mounting mechanism to fit your vehicle’s air conditioning vents, and then attach your phone or tablet. Navigate unfamiliar streets in your rental with the comfort of your phone’s navigation readily visible.

And when you get to your hotel and find a nightstand with no easy way to prop up your phone, the Roadtripper could just as easily hold it or your tablet there too.

Save on a phone or tablet mount that works almost anywhere

Enjoy your devices to the fullest while you travel. Normally $49, this Magnetic Travel Mount for Smartphones & Tablets is on sale for $39.99 for a limited time.

Prices subject to change.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
