Elae Weekes is an emerging artist hailing from the East Coast (USA), known for using elements of different genres of music such as: R&B, Pop, and Caribbean inspired styles he has created his own fusion. On tour, Elae touched base in Spain, France, Monaco, and England. Elae’s music has been played on a number of radio stations including BBC Radio Bristol, Trend City Radio and LFOD Radio and PieradioUK.

RYOKER And Elae Weekes collaboration “I See You” was an immense success for the artists, earning over 200k views on YouTube. Now, they’ve tapped some very talented producers to provide fresh takes on the original. Kicking things off is How3ll, who blends old school along with piano house elements to create what is hopelessly captivating remix. Vedeus follows with a tech house flip that features a gritty bass line, giving it the feeling of something that could go off in a FISHER or Vintage Culture type of set. Dazed rounds out the remix package with a more progressive angle, infusing hypnotic melodies and piano stabs that drive the song wonderfully.

During the second verse of the song, I say the line “Feel the bass down low, I can feel the music high, I know this is weird but I don’t care what you’re doing to me.” This was one of the most important lines for me  because  it places the listener in the club  and allows them to feel the vibe and the tension between the two lovers. – Elae Weekes

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
