Save $50: Make sure you follow through on resolutions for better health and wellness with a budget-friendly fitness tracker. The Amazon Halo Band is now at a new all-time low price of $49.99 after a 50% discount as of Dec. 28.

If you want your resolutions to stick in 2022 and beyond, you need to do more than just hop on a treadmill every few days. There's a lot that goes into better health, so a fitness tracker can help track your progress to keep you on the right path. And if budget is a concern, Amazon has the perfect option with a more affordable fitness tracker that's on sale just in time for the new year.

The Amazon Halo Band fitness tracker is available for just $49.99 after a $50 discount. This takes what is already an economical tracker down to its lowest price ever. Not only is it low-cost, that price also applies to all three size options as well as the three color options of black, rose gold, and silver.

While the Halo Band seems bare-bones compared to a Fitbit or Apple Watch, it still provides plenty of features if you're starting your fitness journey. It tracks your steps, heart rate, calories burned, and sleep time and temperature. It's also water-resistant up to 50 meters. But you unlock more features with a full Halo Band membership, which you get six months free with your purchase. It will then auto-renew at just $3.99 per month.

The Halo Band membership offers plenty more tools and programs for a more holistic approach to wellness. The Halo Band can analyze your body fat percentage, track the intensity of activities, score your sleep quality, and track movements to suggest how you can improve. Perhaps most helpful is access to premium on-demand workouts with fitness partners such as Orangetheory, SWEAT, Aaptiv, and Headspace. That's a huge catalog of programs that help you work up a sweat as well as wind down with meditations and ways to reduce stress.

There's a lot that this little wristband can do, and at just $50 the Amazon Halo Band can do a lot to help you achieve a lot when the new year arrives.
