TL;DR: Check out this 10-course digital learning bundle to get a crash course in tech skills. Try one of the courses now for free before you commit.

You likely grew up thinking that if there was anything you needed to know to advance your career, you'd get that training on the job. That's partially true. But what most companies won't tell you about your personal training and embracing your career growth opportunities is that in most cases, it's almost entirely up to you to make that happen.

That certainly includes tech training, where understanding everything from basic apps to more advanced operations is not only critical, but it's also constantly updating and changing. In that case, the old rule applies: if you aren't keeping up, then you're falling behind.

Tech 101 was built just for those learners ready to take command of their own future potential and be ready for the professional future they crave.

Created from a partnership between the Fort Erie International Academy and global telecom company Huawei, Tech 101 brings clear, simple tech training to everyone. These 10 digital learning courses each explore a different foundational tech learning area essential to growing a forward-thinking career in modern business.

Each course includes a one-hour instructional video, packed full of interactive lessons, quizzes, and high-quality learning modules to help learners understand the subject at their own pace.

For those looking to bolster their hard skills, a four-course set covers some of the pillars of the Microsoft Office productivity suite, including courses in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. There are courses for better understanding how to use Gmail, Zoom, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Teams. And there are also a pair of life skills courses that better explain online banking and cybersecurity.

Courses were created by the experts at FEIA and include digital certificates of completion once a course is finished. Tech 101 also makes it easy to ask questions or learn more through their Facebook community including both teachers and other students.

Take control of your own digital literacy and grab the tech training you need by trying a Tech 101 course now for free, then begin your path to a brighter career.
