Saratonin channels Sailor Moon energy in the bass realm with her latest creation, “Sailor Moon Battle.”

Known for playing out various forms of dubstep, ranging from heavy riddim to deep dub to smooth, melodic dubstep, Houston’s Saratonin offers a gritty and otherworldly style all her own in this new original that upholds the transformational phrase — “Moon prism power, make up!”

An alarm sounds as the track begins, soon met by heavy impacts and magical chimes, as Sailor Moon commentary guides the production straight into an absolutely savage bass drop. Deep growls control the heaviest parts of the track, maintaining a slow and steady flow throughout.

Saratonin intends to spread positivity and love through her music and at her events, raising the vibration of the planet, one city at a time.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
