TL;DR: PlayStation 5 owners can get six free months of Apple TV+ to watch shows like Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest, and more. To register, just download the app on your console.

The second season of our favorite feel-good show, Ted Lasso, finally hits Apple TV+ starting July 23, and we couldn't be more excited for the return of our favorite soccer (or football?) coach with a heart of gold.

If you haven't pulled the trigger on Apple TV+ and happen to be lucky enough to have a PlayStation 5, today is your lucky day. PS5 owners can now get six free months of Apple TV+, no strings attached.

Redeeming the offer is really simple. Just hop on your PlayStation 5 console and download the Apple TV+ app. From there, you'll be able to follow a few simple instructions to get registered for your free trial (you'll just need an Apple ID), and you're good to go.

The only thing left to worry about: Can you finish the first season before tomorrow?

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
