Get rid of odors and allergens.

TL;DR: Reduce allergens, dust, and dander in your home with the TaoTronics Home Air Purifier, which is on sale for 11% off. As of July 7, grab one for only $79.

Many of us don’t think twice about the air in our own homes. But when you take a closer look, you might be surprised to find things like pet dander, smoke, dust, and other airborne particles.

There is something you can do about it, though: Invest in an air purifier. This TaoTronics Home Air Purifier is on sale for a limited time, so you can start breathing a little better

The TaoTronics Purifier features a three-stage filtration system made up of a pre-filter, HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter. The pre-filter captures the large stuff, like dust mites and pet hair. Then, the air moves through the true HEPA filter, which captures 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns, which are invisible to the naked eye. That’s all of those tiny things floating around you at any given time, like pet dander, pollen, dirt, and other allergens. And finally, the activated carbon filter does its work.

While this air purifier is fairly small, it can filter the air in a space up to 224 square feet, making it the perfect device for the area around your desk, bed, or baby nursery. Unlike some purifiers on the market, it’s also practically silent. In sleep mode, it keeps noise levels as low as 24dB (which is lower than a quiet whisper) and even serves as a bedside night light.

Since the filter inside is putting in work to clean the air you breathe, it will need to be changed every so often. But thanks to an indicator light on the control panel, you’ll know exactly when that time comes.

Regularly, this TaoTronics Home Air Purifier costs $89, but for a limited time, you can slash the price down to only $79.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
