New types of attacks and exploits targeting remote workers and business administration tools will likely be an issue throughout 2021, predicts the trade publication Security Magazine. That's especially worrying for those of us who are using our personal laptops for work, which was the case for just over half of remote workers surveyed for an IBM study last June — many of whom hadn't received any extra security tools, training, or guidelines upon switching to WFH amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
