Madeon just uploaded his acoustic live set from Brownies & Lemonade: LA Gives Back, a 24-hour global live stream to help the homeless.

In 2020, we’re experiencing every emotion and Madeon is able to capture the mood appropriately and beautifully. Warm lights, heartfelt vocals, and soft piano send an impactful musical message heard around the world.

The acoustic mini-set features live performances of Madeon originals, “All My Friends,” “The Prince,” and “Hold Me Just Because.” Plus, a stripped-down version of his iconic collaboration with Porter Robinson, “Shelter,” and an uplifting cover of Daft Punk‘s “Digital Love” to send it home.

Madeon shares:

A few days ago I was asked to contribute to the charity stream LA Gives Back. I have streamed a few DJ sets this year already so I wanted to do something different and quickly put together this cozy/holiday vibes stripped back fireside performance. Hope you enjoy! May your end of the year be as gentle and beautiful as the world allows!!

It’s not too late to donate, if you’re able — www.lagivesback.org.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
